Sanne's representative experience includes advising: Brookfield Asset Management on its acquisition of a majority stake in Schoeller Allibert Group; Neste on its acquisition of a majority stake in Dutch animal fat trader Demeter; Europe Container Terminals (ECT), a subsidiary of Hutchison Port Holdings, with its sale of a minority stake in Euromax Terminal Rotterdam to a subsidiary of COSCO Pacific Limited; the Carlyle Group on its acquisition of Hunkemöller.

In 2019 Sanne was an associate in New York and Amsterdam at an international US based firm, where she advised on a variety of matters, including private equity and venture capital transactions and cross-border (financial) restructurings.

Sanne graduated from Leiden University in 2015 and first joined NautaDutilh in the same year. Sanne is a member of the Royal Professional Organization of Civil Law Notaries (KNB).
