Leanne Meurs

Leanne Meurs is part of NautaDutilh’s Corporate M&A team and is based in New York. She advises Dutch and international clients on national and cross-border restructurings, (de-)mergers and acquisitions, both public and private. Leanne also advises clients on general notarial corporate matters, as well as corporate governance issues of listed and non-listed companies.
