Valerie Mielekamp works in the Banking & Finance department and is a member of NautaDutilh's Structured Finance team. She specialises in structured finance transactions, including covered bonds, securitisations and asset based transactions. Previously, Valerie was part of the Financial Regulatory team.

Before joining NautaDutilh Valerie worked at the legal department of the Authority for Financial Markets (the AFM). Valerie finished the specialised Grotius program Financial Regulatory Law in June 2020. She graduated from the Leiden University, where she obtained a Master's degree in Financial Law and a Master's degree in Corporate Law.

Valerie joined NautaDutilh in July 2020 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
