Darina Mohamad is an associate in our investment funds practice. She assists asset managers, funds promoters, depositary banks and institutional investors in the structuring and setting up of Luxembourg regulated investment fund structures i.e. UCITS, specialised investment funds (SIFs), private equity and venture capital funds (SICARs), as well as unregulated investment vehicles i.e. reserved alternative investment funds (RAIFs).
Darina holds a Master degree in Law from the University of Warsaw (Poland, 2015) and an LL.M. in European General Law from the University of Luxembourg, including a semester spent at Columbia University in New York (USA, 2017).
Prior to joining NautaDutilh, she worked for a Big Four accounting firm in Luxembourg. Her previous work experience includes other top-tier law firms as well as a well-established Luxembourgish bank.
Darina is a native Polish, fluent in English and has moderate knowledge of French and German.
