Anne-Sophie Morvan is a senior associate in our Intellectual Property (IP), Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and competition practice. She assists clients on IP, trade practices, e-commerce, e-archiving and data protection issues.
Anne-Sophie holds a Master degree in E-Commerce and Digital Economy Law from the University Paris I-Panthéon Sorbonne and a LL.M. in German law from the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh Avocats Luxembourg, she worked for another renowned law firm in Luxembourg.
Anne-Sophie is a member of APRAM (Association des Practiciens du Droit des Marques et des Modèles). She is also a member of a working group within the ALFI (Association of the Luxembourg Fund Industry).
Anne-Sophie was admitted to the Paris Bar in 2014 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2015.
Anne-Sophie is a native French, fluent German and English.
