Ysaline Mouthuy assists financial institutions, companies and public authorities in a wide range of Belgian and cross-border financial transactions. 

A capital markets specialist, she advises clients on debt and equity offerings, structured finance, securitisations and other complex financing issues. She also has experience in acquisition, real estate and project finance.

Ysaline graduated magna cum laude from the law faculty of UCLouvain in 2013. During her master's studies, she spent a semester in the United States at the University of the Pacific (McGeorge School of Law). Ysaline also holds an additional master's degree in tax law from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven (KUL). 

Ysaline was admitted to the Brussels bar in September 2014. 

Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2020, Ysaline worked at two other well-known law firms.
