Stefan Nieuwendijk is a member of the Dispute Resolution department in the Amsterdam office. He advises and litigates on behalf of national and international clients on a wide range of corporate law issues, including M&A litigation, shareholder disputes, minority shareholder squeeze-out proceedings, directors' liability disputes and inquiry proceedings before the Enterprise Court of the Amsterdam Court of Appeal. 
 
In 2017, Stefan graduated cum laude from Maastricht University and has been a lawyer since June 2018. Before joining NautaDutilh in 2021, Stefan was part of the Corporate M&A and Litigation & Risk Management department of international law firm Loyens & Loeff in Amsterdam.
