Mariëlle van Nimwegen works in the Capital Markets Group of the Banking & Finance department of NautaDutilh and is specialising in Banking and Securities law, with a focus on both debt and equity related transactions. She regularly advises on green bonds, social bonds and sustainability-linked bonds.

Mariëlle graduated from Utrecht University with a specialisation in Corporate Law and joined NautaDutilh in 2017.
