Annefleur van Oel Senior Associate

Annefleur van Oel is a senior attorney in the Corporate and M&A practice group in Amsterdam. She focuses on mergers, acquisitions/divestments and joint ventures. She also advises on Dutch law aspects of corporate contracts and commercial agreements, as well as on corporate governance matters. Her involvement in-cluded the sale of the Blokker chain to Michiel Witteveen (2019) and the acquisition of the Belgian private banking business of Société Générale by ABN AMRO (2018). 

According to expert guide The Legal 500 (2021), clients praise Annefleur for her "excellent performance".

Annefleur also gained experience in the Capital Markets team. She was, among others, involved in the rights offering of Fugro N.V. on Euronext Amsterdam (2020), the SPAC IPOs of Hedosophia European Growth Limited (2021) and Pegasus Acquisition Company Europe (2021) on Euronext Amsterdam and the IPO of ONWARD Medical NV on Euronext Brussels and Euronext Amsterdam (2021). 

Annefleur joined NautaDutilh in November 2017 and she is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar Association. She obtained her Master's degree in Private Law in 2017, majoring in Commercial Legal Practice, from the University of Amsterdam (cum laude). She obtained a post-graduate degree in mergers and acquisitions at the VU Amsterdam in 2023 (VU Law Academy).
