Florine Oosterloo is a member of the Corporate Arbritration, Litigation and Insolvency team at the Amsterdam Office. She advises and litigates on matters relating to Corporate Governance, corporate and commercial law, insolvency and restructuring.

Florine studied at the University of Utrecht, where she obtained a LLM in Corporate Law (cum laude).

Florine joined NautaDutilh in 2017 and is a member of the Amsterdam bar.
