Dirk Panis is a member of the Corporate M&A department in Amsterdam. He specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. He also advises clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Dirk previously worked in the Capital Markets group of the Banking & Finance Department. He specialised in Banking and Securities Law, with a focus on both debt and equity transactions.

Dirk studied at Tilburg University, where he obtained a bachelor's degree in Dutch law and a master's degree in Dutch Business law (cum laude). During his studies, Dirk also studied a semester at Bocconi University, Milan.

Dirk joined the firm in 2018 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
