Kalina Petrovski is a member of the Corporate M&A practice group.

Kalina graduated from the University of Groningen, where she completed the master's degrees in Private Law and Corporate Law. Kalina also completed the master's degree in International Economics and Business (cum laude). Earlier, she obtained her bachelor's degrees in Dutch Law and International and European Law. 

Kalina joined NautaDutilh in 2022 and is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar Association. Kalina worked at NautaDutilh's New York office from March 2022 to February 2023, where she handled cross-border matters involving Dutch corporate law and Netherlands law aspects of international finance transactions.
