Arjan Pors is a partner in our Finance group. He specialises in advising lenders and borrowers on a broad range of domestic and cross-border financing transactions with a focus on acquisition finance and general corporate lending.
From 2010 up to and including 2016 Arjan was the Managing partner of NautaDutilh's London office, and from 2017 up to and including 2023 he headed the Finance Group.

Qualifications
Arjan graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam in 1999 and in 2002 he successfully completed a postgraduate programme in financing and security interests and in 2003 a postgraduate programme in securities laws (cum laude).
He joined NautaDutilh in 1999 and became partner in 2007.
