Jan van Rijswijk is a long time specialist and highly experienced litigator in the area of general banking law, including debt recovery issues. His clients include major Netherlands and international banks.

In addition to his litigation practice Jan heads NautaDutilh's Banking & Finance group. Jan graduated from Utrecht University in 1988. He joined NautaDutilh in 1981 and became a partner in 1996.
