Max van Roermund is part of NautaDutilh's Corporate Crime team, which advises and represents (inter)national companies, financial institutions, auditors and governmental authorities in matters relating to (anti)money laundering, (anti)corruption, fraud, investigations, sanctions legislation, environmental criminal law, economic crimes and labour accidents.

Max studied at the Vrije Universiteit, where he obtained his master's degree in criminal law in 2023. He graduated on the topic of Corporate Social Responsibility and Environmental Criminal Law. During his studies, Max worked at several Amsterdam firms specialising in corporate criminal law and sanctions regulation.

As of November 2023, Max joined NautaDutilh. He is not admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
