Warner Roeters van Lennep specialises virtually exclusively in individual and collective employment law and the law in respect of works councils. Warner has advised many large companies, active in a wide variety of businesses, on employment conditions and dismissal matters and, where litigation was necessary, has represented these clients in court.
Warner graduated from Leiden University in 1980. He joined NautaDutilh in 1981 and became a partner in the employment law department in 1990. For many years, Warner has taught employment law to lawyers, both at a beginners and advanced level, as part of the Dutch Bar association’s continuing education program.
