Roderick de Roo is a senior associate in NautaDutilh's banking & finance practice and specialises in bilateral and syndicated lending. He has extensive experience as counsel on both borrower and lender side in domestic and international corporate-, acquisition-, project- and asset financing transactions involving Dutch obligors and sponsors.
Roderick graduated from the Erasmus University Rotterdam in 2010, where he obtained a master's degree in both commercial law and financial economics. He joined NautaDutilh and was admitted as a member to the Rotterdam Bar in the same year. In 2015, he successfully completed the post-graduate Grotius academy course in financing and security interests.
