Eva van Rooijen is a member of the Dispute Resolution department in the Amsterdam office. She advises and litigates on matters relating to corporate law, commercial law and insolvency. Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution department, Eva worked at NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A department in Amsterdam where she advised Dutch and international clients on national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. 

Eva studied at Leiden University, where she obtained a master's degree in civil law. She also obtained a master's degree in both corporate and employment law at the University of Amsterdam. Eva studied for one semester at the University of Oslo.

She joined NautaDutilh in 2019 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
