Harm Ruiter works as an attorney-at-law and is a member of the Dispute Resolution group in Amsterdam. He advises and litigates on matters relating to corporate and commercial law.

Harm studied at Utrecht University, where he earned his B.A. and an LL.M. in Corporate Law in 2021. He also obtained an LL.M. in Legal Philosophy (cum laude) from Leiden University. During his master studies, Harm taught law at Utrecht University.

Harm joined NautaDutilh in 2022. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
