Suzanne Rutten is part of the Corporate M&A team as professional support lawyer. She mainly focusses on corporate governance and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) aspects affecting companies. 
 
In 2005, Suzanne completed her degree in civil law at the University of Utrecht. For several years she was a teacher of civil law at the University of Applied Science of Amsterdam. In that context, she wrote the textbook "Praktisch Ondernemingsrecht" (Practical Company Law), published by Noordhoff Uitgevers.
 
Suzanne joined NautaDutilh in 2014.
