She conducts interviews, supervises, coordinates and improves application procedures and advises on the recruitment and hiring of candidates. With her many years of experience, Ariana is the go-to person inside and outside NautaDutilh when it comes to entry-level positions.

Ariana holds a Master's Degree (in English) in Political Science. Before joining NautaDutilh in 2022, she worked for more than five years in sales and corporate recruitment, including for clients in the process industry. Ariana has also studied labour law.
