Harm van Schaijk is a member of the Corporate M&A department at the Amsterdam office. He advises clients on a wide range of transactions, including (domestic and cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and joint ventures, as well as on general contractual and commercial issues and corporate governance matters. Harm is also a member of NautaDutilh’s life sciences and tech teams, with a specific focus on venture capital.

Harm previously worked in the Real Estate department, where he specialised in real estate transactions (both share and asset deals), development and redevelopment projects and commercial leasing.

Harm studied at Utrecht University and Temple University in Philadelphia, before obtaining an LL.M. in corporate law from VU Amsterdam in 2017.

Harm joined the firm in 2018 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
