Aira Scheijvens is a candidate civil law notary in the firm's Rotterdam office. She advises on a variety of cross-border transactions, including but not limited to: private M&A, corporate governance, management participations, shareholders agreements, domestic and cross-border (re)structuring and joint ventures. Aira further assists clients with all general corporate matters. 

Aira has extensive experience in working with both Dutch and international clients including private equity firms, banks, and (supervisory) board members of large companies, among others. 

In 2015, Aira became a member of NautaDutilh's Rotterdam office in the corporate M&A department. She was NautaDutilh's resident candidate civil law notary in the New York office from the summer of 2018 until September 2019. Aira received a Master's degree in notarial law from the University of Utrecht, and is currently a member of KNB (Royal Society of Notaries).
