

Carmen Schellekens Counsel
Carmen Schellekens is a counsel in our Intellectual Property (IP), Information & Communication Technology (ICT) and competition practice. Carmen specialises in IT, data protection, e-archiving, e-commerce, IP and general commercial law. She assists clients with the drafting of IT contracts and outsourcing arrangements and advises on data protection issues. Carmen also has extensive expertise in trademark proceedings and copyright and trademark advisory work.
Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2015, Carmen worked for several years at another top ranked international law firm in Brussels.
She obtained her master's degree in law from the University of Leuven (KUL). She also holds a master's in general management from the Vlerick Leuven Gent Management School.
Carmen was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2011 and to the Luxembourg Bar in 2016.
Carmen is a native Dutch speaker, fluent in English and French.
