Bjarni Schim specialises in dispute resolution in the field of corporate and commercial law, with a focus on complex proceedings and Supreme Court Litigation. He advises and litigates on behalf of national and international clients. Bjarni graduated from the University of Nijmegen in 1999. From 1999 to 2006 he taught private law at the same university.

In 2006 Bjarni obtained a doctorate from the University of Nijmegen. His thesis was on book entry securities and the law of property. Bjarni joined NautaDutilh in 2006 and is admitted to the Amsterdam bar. He regularly publishes in the field of private law, civil procedure and securities law.
