Esther Schreiber is a deputy civil law notary based in the firm's Amsterdam office. Esther is a member of the corporate team and specialises in general and notarial corporate law. She advises on a variety of cross-border transactions, including but not limited to: private and public M&A, IPO's, corporate governance, domestic and cross-border (re)structuring, joint ventures, and finance. Esther acts for Dutch as well as international clients including banks, private equity firms and pension funds, among others.

In 2014, Esther became a member of NautaDutilh's Amsterdam office in the corporate M&A department and joined the New York team five years later.

Esther obtained her master's degree in Notarial Law at the University of Amsterdam and is a member of the KNB (Royal Dutch Association of Civil Law Notaries). In 2019, Esther graduated from the post-academic Corporate Law course at Grotius Academy from the Radboud University, Nijmegen.
