Felix Seuntjens is part of the Capital Markets Group of the Banking & Finance department of NautaDutilh. He specialises in Banking and Securities law, with a focus on both debt and equity related transactions.

Prior to joining NautaDutilh, Felix worked at the ACM (The Netherlands Authority for Consumers and Markets) in the field of Telecommunications and Internet regulation.

He obtained his Master's degree in Globalisation and Law (with a special focus on Corporate and Commercial law) at Maastricht University in 2018. Felix joined NautaDutilh in 2020. He is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
