Mehed Sini is a member of the Corporate M&A department in his capacity as lawyer. He specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. He also advises clients in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Mehed graduated from Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he obtained a master's degree in Employment Law in 2020 and a master's degree in Corporate Law in 2021. During his studies, Mehed worked at several law firms.

Mehed joined NautaDutilh in 2022 and is admitted to the Rotterdam Bar.
