Michelle Slimmen is a member of NautaDutilh’s Intellectual Property, IT and Privacy law group. She advises and litigates on behalf of both national and international clients with regard to, amongst others, copyrights, trademarks, trade names, internet domain names, commercial contracts (including IT contracts) and privacy and data protection.
She also has experience in Competition and EU law. She advised on Dutch and European competition law, state aid and several other areas of European Union law.
Michelle obtained her Master's degree in Civil law (with a special focus on European law) at the University of Leiden (cum laude) in 2018. She holds bachelor's degrees in Dutch law and Tax law (both cum laude). She joined NautaDutilh in 2018 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
