

Michelle Slimmen Associate
Michelle Slimmen is a member of NautaDutilh’s Intellectual Property group. She advises and litigates on behalf of both national and international clients with regard to, amongst others, copyrights, trademarks, patents, trade names, internet domain names and commercial contracts. Her clients are active in a variety of industries, including fashion and luxury goods, consumer goods, food and beverages, technology and life sciences. She assists them in disputes, as well as with non-contentious matters, including drafting and negotiating (license) agreements and IP related issues in transactions.
Michelle obtained her Master's degree in Civil law (with a special focus on European law) at the University of Leiden (cum laude) in 2018. She holds bachelor's degrees in Dutch law and Tax law (both cum laude). She joined NautaDutilh in 2018 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar. She is a member of the International Association for the Protection of Intellectual Property (AIPPI).
