Léon van der Slot is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A department in Amsterdam. Léon specialises in corporate law and advises national and international clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions. He also assists with due diligence investigations and the drafting of commercial contracts. Léon is part of the corporate governance team.  

Léon studied at Erasmus University Rotterdam, where he obtained his Master's degree in Corporate Law in 2021. He also studied a semester at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida (United States).

Léon joined NautaDutilh in February 2022 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
