Sarah Snauwaert is a member of the Litigation & Arbitration practice group. She assists clients in complex matters in the fields of contract law, commercial law and company law. She has a keen interest in several aspects of liability law, including professional and directors’ liability, as well as insurance law.

    Since 2018, Sarah is a teaching assistant at the Institute for the Law of Obligations at the Catholic University of Leuven (KU Leuven).

  • Qualifications

    She graduated magna cum laude from the law faculty of the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) in 2016. In addition, she holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree in corporate law (cum laude) from the KU Leuven (2017).

    She was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2017. Prior to joining NautaDutilh in 2021, Sarah was a lawyer in the commercial and litigation department of another independent Belgian law firm.
