Esther Talal works as an attorney-at-law and is engaged with the practice group Corporate (Mergers and Acquisitions). Esther is involved in international and national corporate transactions and advises (corporate) clients on a variety of corporate matters, among which she assists with due diligence investigations, the drafting of commercial contracts as well as advising on corporate governance matters and energy related matters.
Previously Esther was part of the Real Estate team where she focused on administrative law issues in a broad sense, with specific attention to environmental law, enforcement law, spatial planning law and energy law. She assisted both (semi) governmental authorities and commercial parties.
Esther Studied at Utrecht University, where she obtained a Master's degree in Administrative Law in 2020 (cum laude). Esther joined NautaDutilh in January 2021 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
