Rema Tewarie specialises in Dispute Resolution. She represents financial institutions with regard to claims involving liability issues. She has extensive experience in the areas of insurance and financial services/products. She advises clients on a range of subjects such as compliance with laws and regulations.

Previously, Rema worked for the Financial Law, Capital Markets & Securitisations department in the section Financial Law. She advised national and international financial institutions on Dutch and European financial supervision law. She has also in house experience with banks.

In addition, Rema is actively involved with NautaDutilh's India Desk, a team assisting Indian corporates with their investments in the Netherlands, Belgium and Luxembourg. Rema is the coordinator of the India Desk.

Rema graduated from VU Amsterdam in 2012. She joined NautaDutilh in 2012 and is admitted to the Amsterdam bar.
