Nikita has developed a significant experience in private and public M&A transactions, private equity operations and corporate governance matters. This includes notably the implementation of the Companies and Associations Code, related regulations and case law, comments on the Shareholders rights Directive II, the application of transparency regulations and practical instructions issued by the FSMA.

    In addition, underpinning her excellent legal knowledge, Nikita is a member of the editorial board of the leading corporate journal (Revue pratique des sociétés - Tijdschrift voor Rechtspersoon en Vennootschap).

    Nikita is also academically active and holds a mandate of teaching assistant at the University Catholique of Louvain-la-Neuve (Belgium).

    She is also the author of 14 publications/books (in particular, co-author of "Précis du droit des sociétés", the book on the limited company, and one on the impact of the new Book 5 of the Civil Code on M&A practice) and she has given 10 seminars (one of the last seminars - organised by the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Bruxelles - was about managers' liability and there were 200 attendees)."
