Ralph Ubels is a partner in NautaDutilh’s Dispute Resolution practice. He is an experienced litigator who mainly focuses on the financial sector. Ralph represents and advises major banks and other financial institutions in a wide range of civil disputes, including class actions.

He has extensive experience in disputes regarding the duty of care of banks, consumer protection law, privacy law and fraud and is an expert on discovery proceedings and the seizure of evidence. He regularly teams up with NautaDutilh’s financial law practice, privacy and data protection law practice and intellectual property practice.
