Michaëla Ulrici

She was involved in the first ever public securitisation transaction in the Netherlands and has shaped the Dutch market since that time. She has over two decades of experience in all types of asset transactions.

Michaëla was involved, among others, as drafting counsel of OTD propositions for new entrants and institutional investors to the Dutch market with innovative structures, such as Woonnu, Dynamic Credit, Venn Hypotheken, MUNT, ASR, Iqwoon, Robuust, HollandWoont, Build, Syntrus Achmea, Vrij Leven Hypotheek, Attens, Elan Hypotheken, Vista, Clarian Wonen and the Centraal Beheer Leven Platform.

Michaëla was the Chair of NautaDutilh from June 2010 to July 2014. She graduated from Amsterdam University in 1991. After obtaining a Bachelor's Degree in Modern Japanese Studies at the Erasmus University Rotterdam, she joined NautaDutilh in 1994. She was also shortly based in the New York offices in 1996 and 1998 and became a partner in 2002.
