Sophie Umans is a member of NautaDutilh's Corporate M&A department in Amsterdam. She specialises in corporate law and advises Dutch and international clients on national and cross-border mergers, acquisitions and joint ventures. She also advises in relation to general contractual and commercial issues as well as corporate governance matters.

Sophie graduated from the University of Amsterdam in 2018, where she obtained a master's degree in Private Law with specialisation in Corporate Law and a master's degree in Health Law. Sophie joined NautaDutilh in 2021 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
