Nathalie Minkjan is a member of the Dispute Resolution department of NautaDutilh in Amsterdam.
Nathalie graduated from the University of Groningen in 2019, where she completed a Master's degree in Private and Corporate Law with honours (cum laude). She also holds bachelor’s degree in Dutch Law with honours (cum laude). During her studies Nathalie participated in the Honours Programme and she worked as a student-assistant for the General Legal Studies department.
In 2019, Nathalie won the ‘Buren Scriptieprijs voor Insolventierecht’ for her thesis about ‘De aanpak van de problematiek rondom (gesecureerde) aandeelhoudersleningen. Een taak voor de wetgever weggelegd?’. Her thesis is published by Celsus juridische uitgeverij.
Nathalie joined NautaDutilh in 2019 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
