Bram Van Cauwenberge is a senior associate in the Brussels Dispute Resolution, Insolvency and Restructuring practice group. He mainly focuses on commercial, corporate and real estate litigation. In addition, he has extensive experience in real estate transactions.
Bram advises (inter)national corporations, financial institutions and real estate companies on a wide range of litigious matters before Belgian courts and arbitral tribunals. He also has experience in (cross border) restructurings.
