Arie Van Hoe focusses mainly on commercial and corporate litigation, with a special focus on insolvency law.
Arie obtained his law degree summa cum laude at the University of Ghent in 2008.
Arie was admitted to the Brussels Bar in 2008 and worked in international and national law firms until 2010. In 2010 he left the Brussels Bar to pursue a doctoral degree at the University of Antwerp in the field of insolvency law. He was readmitted to the Brussels Bar in 2016 and joined NautaDutilh that same year.
Arie is editor-in-chief of the Tijdschrift voor Belgisch Handelsrecht / Revue de Droit Commercial Belge, and is the author of numerous publication of (crossborder) company and insolvency law. He is also member of the Belgisch centrum voor Vennootschapsrecht / Centre Belge du droit des sociétés.
Arie speaks Dutch, English and French.
