Olivier Van Wouwe specialises in public and private mergers and acquisitions and equity capital markets transactions (including initial public offerings, rights issues and accelerated bookbuilt offerings). He advises corporates, private equity and venture capital funds, business angels, entrepreneurs, and management teams on corporate law both in Belgium and on transactions with a Belgian nexus. 

He has extensive experience with and comprehensive knowledge of various sectors, such as telecommunications, IT, construction and heavy industry.

Olivier received his law degree in 2012 from Ghent University graduating summa cum laude and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Chicago in 2013. From 2013 to 2019, he worked for several top tier international law firms. From 2019 to 2022, he worked in-house at Etex NV (a global manufacturer of building materials) and was general counsel at Destiny Group (a pan-European business communication player).  He joined NautaDutilh in 2022.

Olivier is fluent in Dutch, English and French.
