Olivier Van Wouwe is an M&A lawyer with almost a decade of experience advising corporates and private equity and venture capital funds on complex cross border mergers and acquisitions and corporate financing arrangements, including public and private acquisitions, carve-outs, take privates, joint venture arrangements, minority investments, and disposals. He also has vast experience with capital market transactions, including initial public offerings and accelerated bookbuilt offerings.

  • Qualifications

    Olivier received his law degree in 2012 from Ghent University graduating summa cum laude and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) from the University of Chicago in 2013. From 2013 to 2019, he worked for several top tier international law firms. From 2019 to 2022, he worked in-house at a global manufacturer of building materials and was general counsel at a pan-European business communication player. He joined NautaDutilh in 2022.
