Kaatje Verloes
Kaatje Verloes joined NautaDutilh as Employer Branding & HR Projects Specialist in 2025. She focuses on recruitment marketing, enhancing the candidate experience, and developing HR programmes such as onboarding and learning & development.
Before joining NautaDutilh, Kaatje gained HR and marketing experience within a leading international life sciences company(a global leader that leverages data, technology, advanced analytics and human expertise to help advance healthcare), where, among other HR and marketing aspects, she was involved in employer branding and talent‑related initiatives. She also worked as a legal advisor in social law at a recognised HR services provider and began her career in legal recruitment at a specialised recruitment and selection firm, giving her early exposure to the dynamics of the legal talent market.
Kaatje holds a Master of Laws from KU Leuven and a degree in Office Management from KHLeuven. She also completed a Digital Marketing programme in 2024.
