Marit Vink is an associate in NautaDutilh's Litigation & Arbitration practice group in Rotterdam. She advises and represents national and international clients on a wide range of commercial and contractual issues. Marit focuses in particular on multi-jurisdictional dispute resolution (both court litigation and arbitration) and international debt recovery.
Marit has studied Japanese Studies in Leiden (B.A. cum laude) and law in Tilburg (B.A. and LL.M. cum laude). In 2016, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School in New York (James Kent scholar). In the same year, she was admitted to the Dutch bar. Before joining NautaDutilh, Marit worked as a Morrison Foerster Public Interest Fellow at an NGO in Japan.
