Peter Vogels works in the Employment department in which he advises clients on a wide range of employment law issues, such as reorganisations, employee consultation rights, individual and collective dismissal. He advises and litigates for both employers and employees.
Before joining the Employment team, Peter has worked in the Corporate M&A department in which he advised clients on both national and cross-border mergers, joint-ventures and acquisitions, (including due diligence investigations and the drafting and negotiating of transaction documentation). He also advised clients in relation to commercial contracts and corporate governance matters.
Peter graduated from the University of Utrecht (cum laude) in July 2015 with a specialisation in Corporate, Employment and Economic Law. While a student, he worked at several law firms. Peter joined NautaDutilh in January 2016 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
