He assists clients in IP-litigation, as well as advising clients in non-contentious matters, such as drafting and negotiating (licensing) agreements and IP-related issues in transactions.

    Jesper obtained his master's degree in Dutch law (specialisation private law) at the University of Groningen in 2021 (cum laude). Earlier, he completed his master's degree in IT Law (cum laude) at the same university.
