Merle de Vries is a member of the Dispute Resolution team at the Amsterdam office. She advises and litigates on matters relating to financial and commercial law. Prior to joining the Dispute Resolution team, Merle worked in the Banking & Finance department where she advised (inter)national companies and financial institutions such as banks, investment firms and payment service providers on issues of financial (regulatory) law.
Merle graduated from the University of Utrecht, where she obtained a Master's degree in Civil Law and a Master's degree in Corporate Law. During her second master, Merle studied a semester at the University of Queensland in Australia.
Merle joined NautaDutilh in 2018 and is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
