Marianne de Waard - Preller specialises in securities law and corporate law, including (cross-border) mergers and acquisitions, demergers, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, reorganisations, IPOs, structure regime, corporate governance and European company law and semi-public organisations.

Marianne advises a large transaction-based international corporate clientele. She has advised a large number of schools in merger transactions within the context of Dutch education legislation.

She is part of the NautaDutilh Sector Team Energy & Natural Resources. Marianne graduated from the University of Utrecht in 1983, joined NautaDutilh in 1984 and became a partner in 1992. She was appointed a civil law notary in 1994.
