Expertise
Redmar Warning is a candidate civil-law notary specialised in commercial real estate. He advises clients on i.e. real estate transactions and financing, project development, division in apartment rights, rights in rem and multiple ground use and other real estate-related contracts. His clients include prominent local real estate asset managers, real estate developers and also international clients.
Redmar graduated in Notarial Law from the University of Utrecht in 2013 and joined NautaDutilh in January 2014. Redmar completed the postgraduate course on Real Estate at the Grotius Academy in 2019 (with highest honours).
Redmar is a member of the Royal Notarial Association and the Association of Young Real Estate Lawyers.

- Advised W.P. Carey on a number of acquisitions and restructurings of real estate portfolio’s.
- Assisted and advised Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund as lead counsel on the acquisition of two retail portfolios from two Dutch pension funds in exchange for participations in Achmea Dutch Retail Property Fund.
- Advised a long-standing client, a global asset manager, on the sale and transfer of World Trade Centre Almere, a landmark office building in the Netherlands.
- Assisted the Spanish hotel group Dreamplace Hotels & Resorts in the acquisition of the Holiday Inn Express Hotel in the centre of Amsterdam.
- Advised Kozuki on the acquisition of the iconic Weesperstaete office building in Amsterdam for EUR 95.7 million.
