Christophe Wathion is a counsel in the corporate and M&A department of NautaDutilh. Christophe has extensive transactional experience in private M&A, private equity and (corporate) venture capital both domestic and cross-border. He advises clients on acquisitions, disposals, mergers, joint ventures, growth capital investments and strategic transactions. He also advises clients on corporate restructuring transactions and distressed M&A.
Christophe has a particular focus on technology and leads NautaDutilh's technology M&A sector group.

- Advising the shareholders of SUAZIO on the sale of their shares to NAMSA (2023);
- Assisting Koninklijke BAM Groep NV with the sale of BAM Contractors BV (2022);
- Assisting CD&R on its acquisition of PwC's Global Mobility Tax and Immigration Services Business (2022); and
- Assisting Summa Equity on the acquisition of Belgian fintech Intix (2022).
