Bart Wijnstekers is a member of the Financial Litigation team. He specialises in financial litigation, with a focus on debt recovery and insolvency law.

Before joining the financial litigation department, Bart was a member of the loan finance department and specialised in loan finance, acquisition finance and restructuring. Bart graduated in December 2010 as student from the Master Business & Law (Duale Master Onderneming & Recht) at the Radboud University Nijmegen and joined NautaDutilh in February 2011. Bart is admitted to the Amsterdam Bar.
